Group Classes • Private Sessions • Wellness Retreats Welcome to Sunshine Pilates where we make sure working out becomes a fun & interactive experience whilst giving you the most professional & experienced teachers to help you grow on your fitness journey. It's a beautiful bright airy spacious studio overlooking the sea which focus on intimate group classes & private sessions. The studio space is large however we focus on small groups to ensure that everyone gets personal attention & most importantly a huge range of space to practice freely. We offer 4 different reformer classes : 1. Reformer - Flow This class is slightly more slow paced whereas we focus on the precise flow of movements, breath work & core strength transitions between each move. This is also the perfect beginner class as it's based on a more slow & controlled workout.
